Outdoor Boot Camp

Each boot camp is a mixture of cardio & strength training. It is suitable for people of all fitness levels. We do things in intervals to keep your heart rate going to maximize the fat burn. We will motivate and encourage you to do your best but not past the point of discomfort.

Suggested items to bring: set of dumbbells, water, workout gloves, sweat towel, a positive attitude and your hard work.
